cSpace (Customer Space) is a centralized customer dashboard that provides comprehensive management and communication tools for your cidaas instances.

cSpace serves as your central hub for managing your cidaas infrastructure, staying informed about updates and incidents, and coordinating with your team and the cidaas support team.

cSpace provides the following capabilities:

Certificate management for CNAMEs

Manage SSL/TLS certificates for your custom domains (CNAMEs) directly from the dashboard. Configure and monitor certificate status to ensure secure connections for your applications.

Quota management

Monitor and manage your service quotas, including user limits, API usage, and resource allocations. Track your current usage and plan for capacity needs.

Release notes and communications

Stay informed about:

  • Product updates and new features
  • System maintenance schedules
  • Important announcements from the cidaas team
  • Platform changes and improvements

Contact management

Maintain and manage contact information for:

Getting started

Note
As the owner of your cidaas instance, you have the privilege of inviting your team members to join. To ensure they can access the support portal, you'll need to add their accounts to your unique cidaas instance. Once their accounts are added to this instance, your team members will be able to smoothly access the support portal.
