Cspace (Customer Space)
Cspace is an abbreviation for Customer Space. This gives you an overview of your cidaas instances and provides functionalities to manage them, e.g., create a new instance, invite new people to your instance, see the latest version, etc., or even access your support tickets. You can get information about instance updates, release notes, or scheduled maintenance activities.
If you're new here, the first thing to do would be to create an account so that you (and your development team) can configure and administer cidaas.
After you log in to the Cspace, you will see your instances assigned to your company, with
- Dashboard
- Manage user
- Manage plans
- Communications
- Support

Good to know
Admin Dashboard. Only users with the Group Administrator authorization can access it. You have this role and are therefore a “delegated administrator”.
The roles “MEMBER_UPDATER”, “MEMBER_ADDER”, “MEMBER_INVITER”, “GROUP_ADMIN” are roles of the Group Admin Dashboard, which you can use to control whether someone is allowed to see users at all, and also to invite or update them.
The roles relating to the Cspace are “Contact”, “Ticket Reporter”, “Commercial Admin”, “Technical Admin”. Contact is informed about changes.
