Configure advanced settings, manage client credentials, and set up your communication providers.
Invite team members, configure permission scopes, and delegate administrative roles.

Invite the userβ
You can invite other users or team members to join your Cspace by sending them an invitation.
When you click the Invite User icon, you will be directed to the User Accounts / Create User screen:
- Enter the user's email address. If the email already exists in our system, you can invite them directly; otherwise, fill out the registration form below.

Designated Rolesβ
Here is a table showing the differences in permissions for Customer, Plan (Commercial), and Instance entities:

Furthermore, for each of the above groups, you can be assigned a specific role:

In addition to these, there are overall roles that allow the management of members for the above groups:
| Role | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Member Adder | Has the permission to add new members to a group or system, ensuring proper onboarding and access provisioning. |
| Member Inviter | Similar to Member Adder, but focuses on inviting new members to join a group or system, often through sending invitations or requests. |

Communicationsβ
You can view current maintenance plans and disruptions in cidaas to plan your workflow accordingly.
Email Notificationsβ
To keep you informed about updates, maintenance, and critical events, cidaas delivers communications through two main channels: email notifications and the in-app Cspace portal.
Contact Role Requirementβ
Email notifications are only sent to users who have been assigned the Contact role. This role can be configured at either the Customer level or the Instance level within Cspace:
- Customer-level Contact: Receives organization-wide updates and communication.
- Instance-level Contact: Receives technical and operational alerts specific to that deployment environment.
Communication Channel Breakdownβ
The table below details which types of communications trigger automated email alerts to eligible contacts and which are available exclusively within the Cspace portal.
