How do I invite my colleagues to be an administrator?

If you want to give other colleagues access to admin-ui, you have to give them specific admin roles. For existing user you could add the roles in userview section "groups and roles". New user can be invited with admin roles as well.

To grant access to all functionalitites you have to set SECONDARY_ADMIN role.
