How can I invite colleagues and grant access to the support portal?
You can invite your colleagues to access the cidaas Support Portal via CSpace (Customer Space). Please take a moment to read through the following information to ensure a smooth experience for you and your team.
Inviting Colleagues: If you are the owner of your cidaas instance, you have the privilege of inviting your team members to access the Support Portal using CSpace.
This feature allows you to streamline collaboration and support within your organization. You can invite your team members with different roles for the self-service portal.
Please refer to the following steps to invite a team member.
- Login in CSpace
- Navigate to Manage Users
- Then Click on Invite User
- Now under Add Contact Person update the required information and role accordingly.
- Click the Submit button.

Note: The user will receive the invitation by mail and can enter their data and set a password via the registration link in the Email.
Access to the Support Portal: If you find that you do not have access to the Support Portal, we kindly ask you to reach out to your instance owner. The instance owner, in this case, can invite team members to access the Support Portal. To access the Support Portal, team members accounts must be added to your cidaas instance, which is also the login credential for CSpace. Once added, your team members can use the Support Portal to its full extent.
