Support Workflows

User Cannot Login

  1. Search user by email/username/customer ID
  2. Check account status (VERIFIED, PENDING, LOCKED)

  4. Resolve: Unlock account, resend verification, reset password

User Wants to Change Email

  1. Verify user identity

User Metrics: Admin Dashboard > Users > Metrics

  • Total users, verified users, user growth

Login Activity: Admin Dashboard > Security > Activity

  • Login attempts, trends, device info, authentication methods

Application Usage: Admin Dashboard > Applications > Usage

  • Login counts, user distribution, token statistics

Security Reports: Admin Dashboard > Security > Dashboard

  • Failed attempts, suspicious activity, account lockouts

Custom Reports via Webhooks

Configure webhook endpoints to receive events:

  • USER_LOGIN, USER_REGISTERED, USER_UPDATED, LOGIN_FAILED
  • 100+ other events available

Data Access and Lookup

Location: Admin Dashboard > Users > User Search

Search by: Email, username, customer ID, name

Operators: Exact match, contains, date ranges, status filters

Available Information:

  • Basic profile, account status, verification status
  • Enrolled MFA methods, linked accounts
  • Activity history, device information, custom fields

Activity Logs

Location: Admin Dashboard > Users > [User] > Activities

Information: Login history, profile changes, verification events, security events

Information: Admin actions, configuration changes, security events
