Rotate App Key

This API call is used to rotate the app key for a particular app. The old key will remain valid for the duration specified by keyremovaltime before it is removed. The new key will have a minimum length specified by minlength.

Note: The minlength must be a power of 2 (e.g., 2048, 4096, 8192) and must be at least 2048 bits for security reasons.
