Reviewer progress summary for a campaign
GET/recertification/campaigns/:campaignID/reviewer-summary
Returns the calling reviewer's aggregate progress for a single campaign.
Counts are based on the union of current group members and users who have been
reviewed and subsequently removed from the group (e.g. after a REVOKE decision is
applied). This ensures that completed review actions are not silently dropped from
the summary when a user is revoked.
Scope: cidaas:campaign_review.
The summary is always scoped to the token subject — no caller-supplied sub is accepted.
Access rules:
- Caller not assigned to the campaign → 403 Forbidden.
- Caller assigned to the campaign → summary limited to their assigned groups.
Deriving "complete" count for PARALLEL_ALL:
Users whose review is fully closed (all reviewers done, decision set) can be derived
as total - pending - awaitingOthers. This value is not returned explicitly to avoid
redundant data on the wire.
