Delete a planned campaign

DELETE 
/recertification/campaigns/:campaignID

Deletes a campaign. The campaign must satisfy all of the following:

• Status is PLANNED
• No group has reviewedStatus set
• No group has usersReviewed > 0

Roles: CAMPAIGN_ADMIN/CAMPAIGN_MANAGER or CAMPAIGN_DELETE. Scope: cidaas:campaign_delete.

Emits fact event RECERTIFICATION_CAMPAIGN_DELETED.

Campaign exists but cannot be deleted. Two possible reasons:

• Campaign is IN_PROGRESS or COMPLETED — only PLANNED campaigns can be deleted.
• Campaign is PLANNED but reviews have already started — deletion is not allowed once any reviewer has submitted a decision.
