Domain/User-based Redirection

This API facilitates customer account redirection based on their linked identity provider in the cidaas app.
Available webfinger redirections:
- Domain-based redirection
- User-based redirection
- No redirection
This automatically redirects users from default hosted pages. When implementing custom hosted pages, consume the response and follow the recommended action returned by this API.

No groups or roles are required for this API.
Authenticated via the login requestId path parameter (hosted-page flow); no OAuth bearer token.

User does not exist for the identifier in the request body when the legacy hosted check runs without a webfinger field (same semantics as authenticated CheckUserExists).
Response uses the standard error envelope with code 10301 (user not found), even though the HTTP status is 204.
