Count evaluation audits
POST/policy-management-srv/admin/evaluation-audit/count
Returns the number of access evaluations recorded for the tenant within a time range.
Each audit record may cover one or more evaluations (batch requests), so this reflects the
number of audit entries, not individual decisions.
Requires cidaas:authzen_read. Tokens that still include deprecated cidaas:authzen_management
are accepted until that scope is removed; migrate to cidaas:authzen_read.
