Reload policies
POST/policy-decision-srv/access/v1/policies/reload
Optional. Forces a re-fetch of the tenant's live policy bundle and rebuilds the live evaluator cache.
The live cache already auto-refreshes about every 10 seconds. Use this only for an immediate rebuild.
Requires cidaas:authzen_evaluate.
