Initiate Password Reset

This API call initiates user notifications based on the provided email or mobile number.

OTP Resend Capability: This endpoint now supports resending the same OTP code within a certain timeframe. Previously, delayed email delivery could cause emails to arrive out of order, leaving users confused about which OTP code to enter. By allowing users to resend and receive the same OTP code, this improves the user experience by eliminating confusion and ensuring users always know which OTP is valid for verification.
