Dry-run validation for a merge-patch update. Does not persist changes.
Send Content-Type: application/merge-patch+json when calling this endpoint from Trustdesk-compatible clients.
Requires cidaas:providers_write. Available on cidaas 4.0 and later.

Patch payload is valid for the existing provider. Dry-run does not persist. Success body is the standard envelope with empty data.
