Update a provider configuration (partial update)

Partial update (RFC 7396 merge-patch). Omitted fields are preserved; null clears a field. Write-once fields such as provider_name are ignored if sent.
Prefer Content-Type: application/merge-patch+json when calling from Trustdesk-compatible clients.
