Login to social provider by request ID

/login-srv/social/:view_type/:provider_name/:requestId

Redirects the user to an external identity provider (OAuth 2.0), using the requestId from the authorize step.

This is a browser GET (302 to the IdP). No request body. Invalid or unknown requestId returns 400.
