List app management policies

/apps-srv/app-management-policies

Returns matching app-management policies as a list.

For CIMD, pass type=cimd (optional name=default). When CIMD is enabled and no policy exists yet, the default template is created and returned in the list. When CIMD is disabled, data is an empty array (HTTP 200).

Requires scope cidaas:apps_read and role ADMIN or SECONDARY_ADMIN.
