Get app management policy by id
GET/apps-srv/app-management-policies/:id
Returns one policy by its unique identifier. Does not create a missing policy.
For a CIMD policy, returns 404 APP10153 when CIMD is disabled, and
404 APP10125 when the id is unknown.
Requires scope cidaas:apps_read and role ADMIN or SECONDARY_ADMIN.
