Delete user activities by sub
DELETE/activity-streams-srv/activities/:sub
Deletes user-activity (and changelog, when enabled for the tenant) documents for the given sub.
admin-ui: Caller must be in CIDAAS_ADMINS with ADMIN, SECONDARY_ADMIN, or REPORT role.
Requires OAuth2 scopes cidaas:useractivity_delete and cidaas:changelog_delete (client credentials).
