Get policy revision (live or simulation)
GET/policy-management-srv/admin/policies/revision
Returns the tenant policy revision hash for the given channel.
channel=live (default) is the PDP live evaluator cache key.
channel=simulation selects the PDP simulation cache key (use this instead of any legacy simulation-revision path).
