Identity Provider Management

A unified configuration interface for all cidaas login provider types — OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP/Active Directory. Every provider is stored as a single ProviderConfig resource, discriminated by standard_type; the type-specific settings live in exactly one of the oauth2, saml, or ldap sub-documents.

cidaas 4.0 and later: use this unified API under /providers-srv/providers and the equivalent Enterprise Federation mount under /federation/providers. Trustdesk Providers → Identity Providers calls the federation paths for search, patch, validate, and delete.

On earlier releases, continue using the previous custom / social provider APIs documented for that product version.

/federation/providers exposes the same ProviderConfig model, plus dry-run /-/validate endpoints that do not persist changes.

Service error codes (code field):

  • P10001: Duplicate provider_name (HTTP 409)
  • P10002: Internal error
  • P10003: Invalid request / field validation (HTTP 400)
  • P10004: Body parse error
  • P10005: Invalid query parameters
  • P10006: Missing parameter
  • P10007: Not found (HTTP 404)

Field validation failures on create/update/patch/validate may also return an errors array alongside the standard error envelope.
