Create a federation provider configuration

/federation/providers

Creates a new enterprise federation provider configuration. Use the same ProviderConfig shape as /providers-srv/providers (standard_type plus the matching oauth2, saml, or ldap sub-document).

Requires cidaas:providers_write. Available on cidaas 4.0 and later.
