Find user auth template
POST/userauth-srv/graph/uauthtemplates
This API call uses graph filters to find a user auth template.
Access: User tokens require cidaas:userauth_mgmt and AUTHTEMPLATE_ADMIN_GROUPMAP
on groupType CIDAAS_USERGROUP_TYPE or CIDAAS_ENT_USERGROUP_TYPE.
Client-credential tokens require cidaas:userauth_mgmt and cidaas:userauth_template_read.
