GET/userauth-srv/appauthorisations
Get all the apps with group and role restrictions.
Access: User tokens require cidaas:userauth_mgmt and template-admin role
(AUTHTEMPLATE_ADMIN_GROUPMAP on CIDAAS_USERGROUP_TYPE or CIDAAS_ENT_USERGROUP_TYPE).
Client-credential tokens require cidaas:userauth_template_write (with cidaas:userauth_mgmt as applicable).
