Get User Authorization Template by ID
GET/userauth-srv/uauthtemplates/:uatID
Retrieves a User Authorization Template (UAT) by its unique identifier. This endpoint allows you to fetch the complete template configuration including approval sequences, approvers, allowed requestors, and template details.
Access: User tokens require scope cidaas:userauth_mgmt and role AUTHTEMPLATE_ADMIN_GROUPMAP
on groupType CIDAAS_USERGROUP_TYPE or CIDAAS_ENT_USERGROUP_TYPE.
Client-credential tokens require cidaas:userauth_mgmt and cidaas:userauth_template_read.
