The Communication Activity allows to view a snapshot of EMAIL, SMS, and IVR related activity associated with Administrator account.
Email Communication Activity
Email Activity report displays all details releated to the Email correspondence sent to Users.
The response generated by a recipient opening an email.
The accepted response generated by the recipients’ mail server.
|Processed||If the user registration requires an Administrator verification, status remains “pending” until the verification is successful.|
The recipient's email address is invalid.
|Click||Whenever a recipient has clicked on the link that was send in the email.|
Bounced Email Report
When an email message cannot be delivered to an email address, it's called a bounce email.
Find the below reason to Bounced Email:
The email server cannot deliver your email because the recipient's inbox is full.
The recipient's email server is blocking inbound mail from our server, which may be due to a blacklisting.
The email you have sent over time to the mail server has consistently resembled spam, and it has stopped delivering email from you to its users
The email has bounced due to a temporary error, which could be on the sending or receiving side.
Blocked Email Report
The recipient's email server has blocked your email based on poor sending reputation.
The below reason to Blocked Email:
The email you have sent over time to the mail server has consistently resembled spam, and it has stopped delivering email from you to its users.
One of our sending IPs is temporarily blocked.
One of our sending domains is temporarily blacklisted.
Invalid Email Report
Invalid Email occurs when user attempt to send email to an address that is formatted in a manner that does not meet internet email format standards or the email does not exist at the recipient's mail server.
Spam Email Report
Email spam, also known as junk email, is unsolicited bulk messages sent through email.
SMS Communication Activity
SMS Activity report displays all records of text messages sent to the customer's registered mobile number for Authentication
When the user has recived the sent sms
When the user has not recived the sms, that was sent.
IVR Communication Activity
IVR Activity report displays all records of IVR calls placed to the customer's registered mobile number for Authentication
IVR Communication activity contains the following events such as
when the user has recived the sent IVR.
When no resonse was received from the user when the IVR was sent.
When the IVR was not sent due to technical issues.
