Add a service plan

Choose the cidaas plan that suits you best from the cidaas plans below or discuss your requirements with our sales team. If none of the plans fit your application, you can also put together an individual plan. We would be happy to help you with that.

Steps to add a service plan to your company profile​

You can add a new service plan to your company account in various ways:

  • By using the left-side navigation menu Manage Plans.
  • By clicking on the button New Plan in the top right corner.
  • The plan overview will be displayed if you haven't signed up for a cidaas plan.

Service Plan​

You can choose between the individual solution plans:

  • Free
  • Essentials
  • Standard

Or the Professional solution plans:

  • IAM
  • Pro
  • Customize

And the Enterprise solution.

Enterprise solution​

To add an Enterprise plan you can get in contact with our sales team by navigating to the Enterprise menu and fill out the form or set up an appointment with our sales team.

Instance details​

After selecting your preferred service plan, you will be prompted for a short designation. The short designation will be part of your cidaas instance ID and cidaas instance URL for your future instance. Add your Logo-URL and Favicon-URL in the appropriate fields and click on Save to create your instance.
