Multifactor Authentication and Suggest Verification Hosted Page

Overview​

These hosted pages enhance account security by managing authentication methods and guiding users to configure additional verification options.

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Page Displays available authentication methods for users to verify their identity. Users can select and complete verification using configured MFA methods such as OTP, Pattern, etc.

Suggest Verification Page Recommends additional authentication methods users can configure to strengthen their account security. This page proactively guides users to set up backup verification options, improving both security and account recovery capabilities.

Pre-requisites​

Enable the required MFA methods by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Multifactor Settings.
  3. Enable the required MFA.

Configure Multifactor Authentication and Suggest Verification Hosted Page​

  1. Log in to the Admin Dashbord.

  2. Go to Apps -> App Settings.

  3. Click on the Edit button of the app you want to configure.

  4. Click on Advanced Settings > Authentication.

  5. Select the preffered MFA and Suggest MFA from the drop down.

Upon successful login, the MFA hosted page displays for additional verification.
