Multifactor Authentication and Suggest Verification Hosted Page

Overview

These hosted pages enhance account security by managing authentication methods and guiding users to configure additional verification options.

Multifactor Authentication (MFA) pageDisplays the available authentication methods for the user to verify their identity (OTP, Pattern, and more).
Suggest Verification pageProactively recommends additional methods to set up as backup verification, improving security and account recovery.

Pre-requisites

Enable the required verification methods first:

Sign in
Sign in to Trustdesk.

Verification Methods
Navigate to Verification Methods (SecureOps).

Enable methods
Enable the required methods.

Configure MFA and Suggest Verification

Open the app
In Trustdesk, go to Integrations → Applications and open the application.

Authentication Setup
Open the Authentication Setup tile and select the Verification Options for the application.

Configure
Set the preferred methods under Verification Methods and suggested methods under Suggest Verification.

Multifactor Authentication hosted page

Upon successful login, the MFA hosted page is shown for additional verification.

Suggest Verification hosted page

After MFA, the suggest verification page appears.
