Password Hosted Page

Overview​

cidaas provides three interconnected hosted pages that handle the complete password management workflow: Reset Password, Password Change, and Successful Password Change. These pages work together to enable secure password updates through both administrator-initiated and self-service flows.

When This Page Appears:

  • After an administrator resets a user's password
  • After a user completes a self-service password reset via the forgot password flow
  • After a user changes their password from their account settings

Configuring Password Hosted Pages​

Password hosted pages are automatically included when you map hosted pages group to your app.

The following password-related hosted pages are available: Reset Password, Password Change, Forget paasword and Successful Password Change.

When your password is successfully changed

Set Password Hosted Page​

You receives the temporary password on email address when registered. You enter the password provided by the admin, and directed to the password reset page, as shown below

Here you can enter the old password as provided by the admin and set a new password, with which you can log in next time.

Reset Password Hosted Page​

After clicking on the Reset password button your directed to the login page. You can enter the new password to log in, as shown below.

Forget Password Hosted Page​

You can change the password by clicking on the forgot password link as shown below.

You can verify from your registered email_id , set a new password and you will get the page below.

By clicking on Back to login button it will redirect you to the login page, where you can log in with the new password that you set.
