Verification Hosted Page

Overview​

cidaas Initiate Verification Hosted Page helps you verify any new user by Email, text message, or IVR (Interactive Voice Response) with the option to choose the verification method and verify or link their account by providing the valid verification code.

Setup Initiate Verification Hosted Page​

A successfully registered user will get a verification form, which includes mobile, email, or IVR verification.

Configuring Initiate Verification Hosted Page​

  1. Log in to your Admin Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Apps > App Settings.

  3. Click on Edit button of the app you want to configure.

  4. Click on Advanced Settings > Registration Fields.

  5. Setup the communication medium after Registration.

    • Mobile and email verification required
    • Mobile verification required
    • Email verification required
    • Verification required on usage
    • Email verification required on usage
    • Mobile verification required on usage

  6. Click Save.

Initiate Verification Hosted Page​

After registration, you are directed to an initiate a verification page. You are provided with different ways of verification that include : Email, Text-Message, and IVR (Interactive Voice Response).

Email Verification: If you are a new user and you choose to verify with an email, the verification code is sent to the registered email address.

Text-Message: Enter your mobile number (with +country code) to verify or link it to your account, and click on Proceed.

You will receive an SMS with the verification code.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) If you choose IVR then you will receive a phone call with a prompt for a verification code.

Verification Completion Hosted Page​

You have to enter the verification code sent via Email, Text-Message, or IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and click Proceed.

Once the code is verified, you are directed to a success screen.

You have to click on the Back to login button, where you can log in to your account.
