If you want to give other colleagues access to admin-ui, you have to give them specific admin roles. For existing user you could add the roles in userview section "groups and roles". New user can be invited with admin roles as well.

Invitations can be triggered from the Admin Dashboard or the Group Admin Dashboard, allowing users to register for the invited instance.
